Pupils with special educational needs or disabilities  make at least good progress in reading, writing and mathematics given their starting point. This is as a result of the effective use of pupil premium money and the high – quality teaching these pupils receive. Ofsted 2015

I can’t praise the teachers and teaching assistants enough for the support they give my child. He has very complex needs which affects both his behaviour and his ability to assess the curriculum, but he always loves coming to school. He is included in the class like everyone else, but also has additional support when he can’t cope and needs a break from it all. Year 2 child with an EHCP.

The school have been amazing with both my children who have complex additional needs.   They listen and understand when issues at home may affect them in school and work totally with me to help them feel secure enough to progress with their learning.   I feel totally supported as a parent. Parent of two children with ECHPs.
